Ikon Semiconductor provides a range of digital controller IC's for the LED retrofit market. The IKS205X and IKS204X families of products cover a large range of isolated and non-isolated primary side controlled LED retrofit design requirements.
Successful LED retrofit design requires the combination of expertise in a range of different disciplines; LED technology, thermal design, optical design and electrical design. Simultaneous optimisation of each of these disciplines is a complex task. Ikon Semiconductor understands the often disparate requirements within and across these different disciplines to inform the design decisions to develop high quality controller ICs. "Intelligent Digital Design" is applied to achieve the required performance, size, cost, efficiency & reliability metrics that result in a better overall LED driver product. End products can be developed with the required specifications and performance, in a reasonable timeframe and at the right cost.
